Do you act for sellers or only for buyers?

We are a pure buyer’s agency. We do not list or sell properties, and we are not paid by developers or selling agents. Our fees are agreed with you up‑front so our incentives stay aligned with yours.

What locations and asset types do you cover?

We work primarily across major Australian capital cities and strong regional centres, with experience in retail, office, industrial, medical and mixed‑use assets. If your brief falls outside our circle of competence, we’ll tell you quickly and refer you where possible.

What’s a realistic minimum budget for commercial?

While every market moves, most clients we can help are working with a budget from around $2.5m and above. That said, if you are earlier in your journey we’re still happy to have an initial conversation and share guardrails for you to work towards.

How are your fees structured?

Depending on the scope, fees typically include an engagement component and a success‑based component on completion. We’ll walk through the structure, provide a written proposal and leave time for you to review before making any commitment.

Can you work with my existing accountant, broker or lawyer?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with clients’ existing advisers to ensure the property strategy, tax position, finance structure and contracts all work together. If you need introductions instead, we can suggest specialists who understand commercial property.
