My journey into property began long before Jewel Advisory existed.

I grew up with very little.

Money was always tight, and life was unstable at times. Moving schools frequently made it difficult to build friendships, and by my teenage years I had learned early how important financial security would be later in life.

At 23 years old, while working as a flight attendant with Virgin, I purchased my first property in Essendon, Melbourne, while living in Perth.

I had no formal training, no experience renovating, and honestly very little idea what I was doing. I managed most of the transaction remotely and took on the renovation myself.

Despite the steep learning curve, the property sold a short time later for a $102,000 profit.

That experience changed everything. It showed me that property could be a powerful tool for creating wealth and opportunity.

Later, I purchased another property in Wonga Park, securing it below market value.

With some basic updates, cosmetic improvements, and a lot of effort, I transformed the property and sold it a few years later for almost $300,000 profit.

These early experiences taught me two things:

1. Opportunity exists everywhere in property if you know what to look for.

2. Most people never access these opportunities because they lack guidance and support.
